Services are delivered online, in-person, or in hybrid format as agreed.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
5. Booking and Payment
Consultation Booking: All bookings require completion of an intake form and confirmation.
Fees: Service fees are discussed after diagnostic consultation. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are provided in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for individual sessions.

Individual Services: Delivered as per agreed schedule. Rescheduling requires advance notice.
Corporate Services: Delivered per engagement agreement terms.
Client Responsibilities: You must actively participate, complete assignments, and follow agreed protocols for optimal results.

Not Medical Advice: Our health and wellness services are educational and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult Healthcare Professionals: Consult qualified medical professionals before starting any health program, especially if you have medical conditions or take medications.
No Guarantees: Results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Liability Limitation: Thrivesphere is not liable for health issues arising from participation in our programs.
8. Career and Consulting Disclaimers
No Employment Guarantees: Career services do not guarantee job placement, promotions, or specific outcomes.
Professional Responsibility: You are responsible for career decisions made based on our guidance.
Corporate Consulting: Results depend on organizational commitment and implementation quality.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our programs (text, graphics, logos, materials) is owned by Thrivespheres and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Client Materials: You retain ownership of personal materials shared. We may use anonymized case studies with your consent.
10. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Consultation content and records are kept confidential except as required by law.
11. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
- Engage respectfully with staff and other participants
- Provide honest information
- Not misuse services or website functionality
- Not share proprietary materials without permission
We reserve the right to terminate services for violations.

- Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service

You agree to indemnify and hold Thrivespheres harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Disruptive or abusive behavior
- Fraudulent activity
You may terminate services per your service agreement terms.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Hyderabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
